摘要 通过在硅酸锂中添加的硅酸钠、水性乳液以及硅烷偶联剂(KH560),在砂浆基材表面制备了硅酸锂基复合涂层。通过设计正交实验研究了各组分添加量对复合涂层性能的影响。结果表明:硅酸钠的加入量对硅酸锂涂层的性能影响最显著,其次是苯丙乳液,硅烷偶联剂影响较小。硅酸钠添加量达到20%时,乳液加入量约为15%时,复合涂层成膜性能良好,附着力强,7 d硬度达到铅笔硬度7H以上。 In this research,composite coating was prepared on cement mortar surface by adding sodium silicate,aqueous emulsion and silane coupling agent(KH560) into the lithium silicate solution. Influences of addition content on the properties of coat-ing were studied by orthogonal experimental design. The results show that:sodium silicate content was the most significant effect on the properties of the composite coating,followed by the styrene acrylic emulsion and silane coupling agent content. No crack surface,7H pencil hardness and strong adhesion were achieved when 20% Sodium silicate and 15% emulsion were added after the composite coating curing for 7 days.
