摘要
采用硅酸锂水溶液为主要成膜物质,以硅烷偶联剂γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)对其有机改性,使用端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(HTPDMS)对其进行疏水改性,制成疏水复合涂层,涂覆于钢铁基底上。红外光谱(IR)分析表明,硅烷偶联剂KH560成功嵌入硅酸锂的无机硅氧网络中,提高了硅酸锂的成膜效果;当KH560含量为50%时,形成稳定溶胶,涂层效果最好;疏水角(CA)测试表明,PDMS的加入提高了复合涂层的疏水角,在加入比例增加到11%,疏水效果最好,达到了109°。
In this paper,the hydrophobic composite coatings are prepared with an aqueous solution of lithium silicate as main film-forming material,organically modified by silane coupling agentγ-(2,3-epoxypropoxy) propytrimethoxysilane(KH560),hydrophobic modified by hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane(HTPDMS). The coatingsare coated on the steel bases.The infrared spectra(IR) analysis shows that the silane couplingagent KH560 are successful embed into the inorganic Si—O network to improve the effect of forming a lithium silicate coating. It forms a stable sol and gets the best coating when the adding amount of KH560 is 50%.The hydrophobic angle(CA) tests show that theaddition of PDMS helps to improve the contact angle of composite coating.Whenthe adding proportion reach 11%,the coating acquire the besthydrophobic properties,and the contact angel to be 109°.
