共掺杂纳米TiO_2薄膜制备及其光催化性能

摘要 系统研究热处理机制对纳米TiO2薄膜的结构和性能的影响,其中包括热处理对薄膜晶相、形貌成分、透光性、亲水性和光催化性能的影响。研究结果表明:热处理对材料的成分没有影响,材料常温相以锐钛矿相为主,经热处理后向金红石型转变;另外,掺杂由于引起晶格畸变,热处理以后有利于晶相转变,形成混晶结构。同时热处理时的材料由疏水性转变为亲水性。 In this paper,the influence of heat treatment mechanism on the structure and properties of nanometer TiO2 thin film was studied,including the film phase,morphology,composition,transmission of light,hydrophilia and photocatalytic performance.The results presented that heat treatment has no effect on the composition of material and the pure TiO2 film materials exist as anatase phase at room temperature,which was changed to rutile at high temperature. While doping film samples show mix-phases structure after heat treatment,which due to the lattice distortion derived from doping. Meanwhile,the hydrophobic surface of samples were converted to hydrophilic.
