摘要
采用黄金尾矿和黏土为主要原料,云母为烧结助剂,添加不同配比的竹炭,通过干压成型-高温烧结法制备竹炭复合陶瓷砖,分析了竹炭添加量与烧结温度对陶瓷砖的物化特性、物相组成、显微结构、力学性能及光催化性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:黄金尾矿、黏土和竹炭的复合及云母的增强可以制备出强度较高的陶瓷砖,其物相主要为石英,显微结构呈规则网络状;当竹炭/黏土质量比为5/35,烧结温度为850℃时,陶瓷砖破坏强度可达666.0 N,达到GB/T 4100—2006《陶质砖》附录L中对BIII类陶质砖破坏强度的要求;采用掺氮二氧化钛溶胶改性后,陶瓷砖具备一定的光催化效果。该陶瓷砖具有较好的综合性能,有望成为一种新型的环境友好型陶瓷砖。
Ceramic tile was prepared by drying pressing-firing method with gold tailings and clay as raw materials,mica as a sintering agent, and bamboo charcoal as a additive. The effects of bamboo charcoal amount and sintering temperature on the physi-cal and chemical properties,phase compositions,microstructure and photocatalytic property of the ceramic tile were studied. The re-sults showed that composite ceramic tile with high mechanical strength could be prepared,and it had porous structure with quartz as main phase. When the ratio of bamboo charcoal to clay was 5/35 and the sintering temperature was 850 ℃,the ceramic tile had high properties with a fracture strength of 666 N,according with the requirement on fracture strength of B Ⅲ category ceramic tile as specified in Appendix L of national standard GB/T 4100—2006'Ceramic Tile';it had photocatalytic property after modified by TiO2 gel doped with nitrogen. It indicated that the material was expected to be a new environmental-friendly ceramic tile.
