摘要
研究了掺污水处理厂污泥对自密实混凝土和易性的影响,结果表明,与温伦胶相类似,污水处理厂污泥亦可用作自密实混凝土的增稠剂,有效改善新拌自密实混凝土分层、离析和泌水现象,但随掺量增加,自密实混凝土坍落扩展度和间隙透过能力明显下降,掺污泥对自密实混凝土和易性的影响大于掺温伦胶。
Effect of sludge from sewage treatment plant on the bleeding and fluidity of the fresh self-compacting concrete was studied in this paper. The experimental results showed that the sludge from sewage treatment plant can function as thickening agent to improve the bleeding resistance of the self-compacting concrete similar to the welan gum. However,fluidity and gap-through capacity of the fresh concrete were obviously reduced with the increase of sludge content,and the sludge showed a more effective adjustment on the properties of self-compacting concrete that the welan gum.
