The difference between the new standard of GB 20074-2017(External projections for motorcycle and mopeds)and the previous one GB 20074-2006 is analyzed in detail.This paper analyzes and explicates the differences in terms and definitions,classification principle for projections,technical requirements for two wheeled motorcycles,technical requirements for three wheeled motorcycles,test conditions and test procedures.Accordingly,the technical requirements of the new standard can be deeply understood,so as to be more comprehensively,systematically achieved and applied.
