光学相控阵光束偏转效率影响因素仿真分析 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了光学相控阵光束偏转技术的基本原理,根据夫琅和费衍射与傅里叶变换理论建立了光学相控阵模型,针对光学相控阵参数对偏转效率的影响进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,相控阵单元数量对偏转效率的影响很小,而增大相控阵填充率,减小相控阵单元总体尺寸,减小偏转角度,则可以有效地提高光学相控阵的偏转效率。 The principle of beam steering technology based on Optical Phased Array(OPA) is introduced. By using Fraunhofer diffraction and Fourier transform, the model of OPA is established. The influence of main parameters of OPA on beam steering efficiency is simulated. It shows that the beam steering efficiency of OPA can be improved by increasing duty ratio, and decreasing total unit size and steering angle; while the number of OPA units has a very small impact on beam steering efficiency.
