药品供应链质量规制策略研究

On Quality Regulation Strategies for Pharmaceutical Supply Chain

从药品供应链的角度对药品质量规制策略进行研究,考虑由一个药品制造商和一个药店组成的两级药品供应链,研究不考虑质量规制无合作与合作、考虑质量规制无合作与合作4种情况下药品供应链企业的最优决策。研究表明:无合作情况下,满足一定条件时,质量规制可以同时提高药品制造商利润和药店利润,实现帕累托改进,并且可以提高社会福利。合作情况下,质量规制会使供应链的总利润降低;满足一定条件时,可以提高社会福利。不论是否考虑质量规制,药品制造商和药店采用合作方式并通过转移支付,药品制造商和药店利润会同时提高,社会福利增加。

In this paper,quality regulation strategies are investigated from the view of pharmaceutical supply chain.A two-echelon supply chain is considered which is composed by apharmaceutical manufacturer and a pharmacy,and derives the optimal decisions of pharmaceutical supply chain for four scenarios:non-cooperation and cooperation with/without quality regulation.It is shown that in the case of non-cooperation,quality regulation can lead to both pharmaceutical manufacturer and pharmacy achieving profit Pareto improvement under certain conditions,and can increase the social welfare.While,in the case of cooperation,quality regulation can result in supply chain’s total profits reduction and social welfare improvement under certain conditions.With/without quality regulation,both pharmaceutical manufacturer and pharmacy can improve their profits via cooperation and transfer payment,and increase the social welfare.
