面向“一带一路”企业技术标准联盟的理论溯源与研究趋势

The Function of Enterprise Technological Standard Alliance in Facilitating the“Belt & Road”Initiative:The Theoretical Sources and Research Trend

面向'一带一路'企业技术标准联盟是新时代中国企业技术标准'走出去'的重要途径,是中国企业响应国家倡议的重要举措。论文从企业技术标准联盟的理论溯源着手,系统梳理其研究脉络。基于企业技术标准联盟内涵与成因、形成与发展机制等文献述评,凝练面向'一带一路'的企业技术标准联盟研究需求和方向;提出了进一步的研究展望,包括面向'一带一路'企业技术标准联盟的特定内涵、属性与创新模式,联盟形成、运行、治理机制和创新生态系统,以及促进其发展的政策体系与行动路线等。

'Belt&Road'initiative is a modernized and specific manifestation of China’s'Going Out'development way,and the enterprise technological standard alliance can be an important way to realize the idea.This paper makes an attempt to review the theoretical sources about enterprise technological standard alliance and sort out its research domains.To be specific,there is a thorough review of the literature about the conceptions and causes of standard alliance,as well as its formation and development mechanism.On this basis,considering the value and aims of the'Belt&Road'initiative,proposals are made for the future research directions,which include not only the specific roles,characteristics and patterns of the enterprise technological standard alliance in realizing the'Belt&Road'initiative,but also the corresponding formation,operation and governance mechanisms of the alliance.It is argued that both the innovation ecosystem which developed from the current alliance and policy systems which facilitates alliance development will be potential topics in future.
