浅析“调督升阳”针刺治疗耳石症复位后残余头晕

Analysis on “Regulating Du Meridian and Promoting Yang Qi” Acupuncture for Treatment of Residual Dizziness After Successful Canalith Repositioning Maneuvers in Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo

近年来,耳石症复位后残余头晕的出现逐渐得到关注,虽然机理尚不明确,但治疗方面已陆续有相关文献报道。笔者临证从"调督升阳"思路出发,选取百会、神庭、印堂、风府为主穴,辨证配伍,治疗耳石症复位后残余头晕取得良好的效果。

Residual dizziness after successful canalith repositioning maneuvers in benign paroxysmal positional vertigo has drawn more and more attention in recent years, although the mechanism is unclear. However, there have been related reports on the treatment. The author selected the main acupoints of Baihui(DU20), Shenting(DU24), Yintang(EX-HN3), Fengfu(DU16) based on the theory of 'regulating Du meridian and promoting yang qi' for syndrome differentiation and compatibility, which has remarkable efficacy for the treatment of successful canalith repositioning maneuvers in benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.
