治疗类风湿关节炎傣药概述

Research Status of Dai Medicine for Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

本文对傣药治疗类风湿关节炎的理论基础、单味药及复方治疗类风湿关节炎研究现况进行梳理,认为傣药治疗类风湿关节炎理论丰富,临床疗效可靠,可成为防治类风湿关节炎重要的卫生资源。目前,傣药治疗类风湿关节炎的物质基础相关研究已逐步展开,在化学成分与药理药效方面取得一些成果,初步明确了其药理机制,但在研究深度与广度上尚待加强,今后研究可从多味傣药协同治疗的机理机制方面开展。

In this article, the theoretical basis of Dai Medicine for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and the research status of single-medicine and compound treatment of rheumatoid arthritis were summarized. It is believed that the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with Dai Medicine is rich in theory and reliable in clinical efficacy, and can be used as a prevention and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. At present, the research on the material basis of the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with Dai Medicine has been gradually carried out. Some achievements have been made in chemical composition and pharmacological efficacy, and its pharmacological mechanism has been initially clarified. However, the depth and breadth of research need to be strengthened. The research can be carried out from the mechanism of the synergistic treatment of Dai Medicine.
