中医药治疗放射性肺纤维化临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress in TCM for Treatment of Radiation Pulmonary Fibrosis

放射性肺损伤是胸部放疗常见并发症之一,早期主要表现为放射性肺炎,后期出现不可逆的放射性肺纤维化,严重降低患者生活质量,甚至引发呼吸衰竭而危及患者生命。同时,放射性肺损伤极大限制了放射剂量,影响疗效,或使治疗被迫中断。中医药治疗放射性肺纤维化效果确切,可提高患者有效生存期,不良反应小。本文从放射性肺纤维化的病名归属、病因病机及临床治疗研究方面做一综述,为该病临床治疗提供参考。

Radiation-induced lung injury is one of the common complications of chest radiotherapy. In the early stage, it is mainly characterized by radiation pneumonitis. In the later stage, irreversible radiation pulmonary fibrosis occurs, which will seriously reduce the life quality of patients and even cause respiratory failure and endanger patients’ lives. At the same time, radiation-induced lung injury greatly limits the radiation dose, affects the efficacy, or the treatment is interrupted. TCM has definite efficacy on the treatment of radiation pulmonary fibrosis, which can improve the effective survival of patients and has fewer adverse reactions. This article reviewed the attribution of disease name, etiology, pathogenesis and clinical treatment of radiation pulmonary fibrosis, and provided a reference for clinical treatment of the disease.
