基于“柔筋正骨”理论探讨儿童寰枢关节半脱位推拿治疗思路

Thinking on Massage Therapy for Atlantoaxial Joint Subluxation in Children Based on the Theory of “Softening Tendons and Aligning Skeleton”

寰枢关节半脱位是儿童骨科常见病,其主要病理特点为筋失其柔、筋失其位、骨失其正。推拿是治疗本病的有效方法。本文阐述以'柔筋正骨'理论为指导,分期论治,柔筋为本,急则温散,缓则疏通;辨筋施治,知其体相,识其部位,柔筋正骨;辅以功能锻炼,能够缩短病程,消除颈部疼痛及头部歪斜,恢复颈部正常活动,减少并发症,值得临床深入研究并推广运用。

The atlantoaxial joint subluxation is a common disease in children orthopedics.The main pathological feature is the loss of tenderness and dislocation of tendons,and loss of alignment of skeleton.Massage is an effective treatment for this disease.This article expounded the guidance of the theory of'softening tendons and aligning skeleton'.The treatment is divided into stages,based on softening of tendons with warming and dispersing in acute phase and dredging the meridians in chronic phase;differentiating diagnosis based on tendons shape,functions and positions,softening tendons at the same time aligning the skeleton;integrating with physical training,which can shorten the course of the disease,eliminating neck pain and head tilt,restoring normal neck activity,and reducing clinical complications.It is worthy of further study and promotion in clinical practice.
