“一气周流”在桂枝芍药知母汤治疗历节病的临床应用

Clinical Application of “One Qi Circulation” in Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction for Treating Severe and Migratory Arthralgia

'一气周流'是将方位、五气、五色、五味等与人体的五脏联系起来,将分散的病机融为一体,注重内外邪气传变及寒热虚实的动态演变,建立以五脏为中心的天人一体五脏系统。'一气周流'理论有利于将辨证信息进行整体联系分析,从而了解脏腑生克制化之异变,使临证思维更具针对性。黄元御以'一气周流'作为独特的治疗指导思想,指出历节病的根源在于'一气周流'中部分环节的失调,通过分析具体病机而独重视桂枝芍药知母汤为代表方剂进行应用。此观点的提出意义在于临床治疗历节病时辨病论治的可行性。

'One qi circulation'is used to connect five-zang organs with azimuth,five-qi,five-color,five-flavor,etc.and integrate the pathogenesis.'One qi circulation'focuses on transformation of pathogenic factor as well as the dynamic evolution of cold,heat,deficient and exceeded syndromes,establishing a system based on five-zang organs.The theory of'one qi circulation'is conducive to the overall connection analysis of syndrome differentiation information and then knows growth,development,mutual generation and mutual control order of viscera,making the clinical thinking more targeted.HUANG Yuanyu used'one qi circulation'as a special guiding thought,pointed out that the root of severe and migratory arthralgia is the disorder of part of'one qi circulation'.By analyzing the specific pathogenesis,HUANG attached importance to Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction in clinical treatment.The significance of this argument is the feasibility of treatment based on disease differentiation in treating severe and migratory arthralgia.
