柴胡桂枝干姜汤一般用于治疗少阳病兼水饮内停或津液损伤。本文结合案例二则,阐释柴胡桂枝干姜汤证病机,提出该方可治疗胆热脾寒、肝郁脾虚所致积聚肿块,旨在拓展柴胡桂枝干姜汤的应用。

Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction mostly is considered to treat Shaoyang disease with the stagnation of body fluid or damage to body fluid.This article expounded the pathogenesis of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction through two medical cases,and proposed that it could treat the abdominal masses and lumps caused by gallbladder-heat and spleen-cold syndrome or liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,with a purpose to promote wider application of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction.
