王道坤运用自拟疏肝和胃汤治疗胃痞经验

Experience of WANG Daokun in Treating Gastric Distension with Self-made Shugan Hewei Decoction

胃痞因其病理性质寒热错杂、虚实相兼、气血同病常常出现,使病情反复发作,缠绵难愈。王道坤教授临证对因气郁、痰郁、血郁杂至而成的胃痞,运用疏肝理气、和胃化痰、化瘀消痞之法,结合数十年经验,以自拟疏肝和胃汤加减治疗,同时注重配合情志疏导、饮食指导等多种疗法,常获佳效。本文对王教授运用疏肝和胃汤治疗胃痞经验进行总结。

Gastric distension is known for its pathological nature,often performing in the complicated combination of cold and heat,the co-occurance of virtual and real phase,and the co-appearance of qi and blood diseases,as a result of making gastric distension repeated and lingering.As for the gastric distension caused by qi depression,phlegm depression and blood stagnation,Professor WANG Daokun employs the method of dispersing liver to regulate qi,soothing stomach to resolve phlegm,and removing blood stasis to relieve the stuffiness.Relying on the decades of clinical experience,Professor WANG Daokun self-made modified Shugan Hewei Decoction.Meanwhile,the decoction combined with a variety of therapies such as emotional counseling and dietary guidance was also used,obtaining good outcome.This article summarized experience of WANG Daokun using Shugan Hewei Decoction in the treatment of gastric distension.
