浅谈关于企业人力资源的管理 被引量:1

摘要 我国企业人力资源管理仍然处在传统人力资源管理模式中,且对企业内外环境的变化和模式运作的具体条件没有认真加以考虑。面对日益激烈的社会竞争,企业要想长久保持竞争优势并逐渐壮大,就要抓紧时间建立真正适合自己的人力资源管理模式。
