摘要
Research on the translation of Tess of the d’Urbervilles has become a heated issue in the academic circle. For us readers, the most famous translators are Zhang Guruo as well as Wu Bing. In the following test, several comparations of the two translation works have discussed in order to make clear of the keys in the translation in this work. On the other hand, this given text has used the way of comparation from the perspective of wording, language feature as well as the expressive way. In this way, we can make a clear conclusion that which version is more reasonable and successful. What’s more, the resource text all comes from the translation work of Zhang and Wu’s.
