新课改背景下的英语“有效教师” 被引量:2

摘要 教育的关键在教师。新课改下,对"英语有效教师"的研究对开展"英语有效教学"具有重大意义。本文从"英语有效教师"应该具备的课堂教学理念,教学特点,教学评价方式,以及开展反思性教学,具备改革精神等方面对英语有效教师进行了分析和研究。
