摘要
基于高校图书馆的科学发展要以人为本的观念,从人之和谐1+1去讨论高校图书馆的科学发展。其一是内部和谐,从三点去讨论;其二是外部和谐,从两点去讨论。
Basing on the concept that scientific development of the college library should be base on the people-oriented concept,we can discuss the scientific development of the library from the perspective of harmony between people by "1 plus 1".The first perspective is internal harmony which discussing from three aspects;The second perspective is external harmony.it includes two aspects.
