经胆囊管探查胆总管的临床研究

Clinical study on exploration of common bile duct via cystic duct

目的 研究具有胆总管相对探查指征者 ,经胆囊管探查胆总管的可行性。方法 1997年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 12月 4 6例采用右肋缘下切口切除胆囊 ,经胆囊管探查胆总管不放置“T”管 ,Winslow孔放置引流管 1根。结果 4 6例均痊愈出院 ,无严重并发症。结论 此术式安全可靠 ,解决了有相对胆总管探查指征者给外科医师术中带来的困扰。

Objective To study the method and clinical feasibility of exploring common bile duct via cystic duct.Methods From January 1997 to December 2002,the gallbladders in 46 cases were cut away on the edge of right epigastrct.The drainage tubes were placed in Winslow hole instead of 'T' tube after exploring via cystic duct.Results Fourty-six cases were recovered without serious complications.Conclusion The operation mode is safe for solving the puzzle of exploring common bile duct.
