鼻息肉转化生长因子-α,表皮生长因子受体及增殖细胞核抗原的表达

Expression of transforming growth factor-α(TGF-α),epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR),proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in nasalpolyps

目的 探讨鼻息肉病人治疗前后组织转化生长因子 α(TGF α)、表皮生长因子受体 (EGFR)、增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达。方法 应用免疫组化法和放免法分别测定激素组 (45例 )、非激素组 (45例 )和对照组 (30例 )治疗前后鼻息肉组织中TGFα、EGFR和PCNA的表达及血浆TGF α、IL 6、TNF含量。结果 TGF α、EGFR和PCNA阳性表达治疗后均低于治疗前 (P <0 0 5 ) ;激素组和非激素组TGF α ,IL 6和TNF含量均高于正常对照组 ,治疗后低于治疗前 (P <0 0 5～ 0 0 1) ;激素组平均出血量明显低于非激素组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;鼻息肉组织TGF α表达和血浆TGF α含量间呈正相关 (r =0 6 2 ,P <0 0 5 ) ;激素组治愈率明显高于非激素组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,复发率低于非激素组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 测定上述物质的表达及含量可能对鼻息肉的诊断和疗效观察有一定的帮助。

Objective To study the expression of TGF-α,EGFR and PCNA in patients with nasalpolyps before and after treatment.Methods The patients with nasalpolyp were divided into 2 groups:hormone group(n=45) and non hormone group(n=45).Radioimmunoassay and immunohistochemistry were used to measure the plasma TGF-α,TNF,IL-6 and tissue TGF-α,EGFR and PCNA before and after treatment.Results The positive expression of TGF-α,EGFR and PCNA after treatment were obviously lower than those before treatment.The content of plasma TGF-α,IL-6 and TNF in hormone group and non hormone group were obviously higher than those in control group,and those posttreatment were obviously lower than those pretreatment.The average volume of bleed in hormone group was obviously lower than that in non-hormone group(P<0.05).The comparison of TGF-α between tisuue and plasma showed positive relationship(r=0.62,P<0.05).The curative rate in hormone group was obviously higher than that in non-hormone group(P<0.05),recurrence rate was lower than that in non-hormone group(P<0.05).Conclusion Measurement of the expression and content of the above materials may have certain help to diagnosis and observation of effectiveness for nasalpolyps.
