摘要
公民道德建设的目的在于以市场经济为基础的民主法治制度与公民之间通过良性互动而使彼此得到健康发展。而公民道德的本质、公民道德建设的重要性、公民道德与国家的关系、公民道德的制度性建设和公民不服从5个问题是其中较为重要的几个问题。
The construction of civic virtues or morals lies in a harmonious existence of the democratic, and legal rule based on the marketing economy among the people. The nature of the civic virtues, the significance of the civic virtue construction, the relationship between the nation and people, systematic construction of civic virtues, and the civic disobedience are actually the five most important questions.
