摘要
本文采用了分光光度法、原子吸收光谱法及电子探针(EPMA)等手段,对Na_2O-SiO_2-ZrO_2-TiO_2系统玻璃进行了耐碱机理的初步探讨。用相关分析对碱蚀液中ZrO_2、TiO_2、SiO_2等氧化物的碱溶出行为及各氧化物在玻纤表面上的残留行为进行了讨论。
Alkali-resistant mechanism of Na_2O-SiO_2-ZrO_2-TiO_2 system glasses has been investigated pre-liminarily by means of spectrophotometry, atomic absorption spectrophotometry and electron probemicroanalysis (EPMA). It is found that the thin layer of ZrO_2-TiO_2-rich has formed on the surfaceof the glasses with different ZrO_2/TiO_2 ratio after alkali corrosion. Only the thin layer formed by theglasses with high ZrO_2 and low TiO_2 can block alkali attack effectively. In the paper, the alkali extraction behaviours and remaining behaviours of ZrO_2, TiO_2, SiO_2 andetc. On the surface of glassfibers are discussed with correlation analysis in statistics. It is found thatthe remaining behaviour of ZrO_2 and TiO_2 in layer are different. It show that the mechanism of ZrO_2and TiO_2 react with alkali are different.
