Acquiring Dao from Ancient Trails,Use Zen to Validate Confucianism:Reviewing the Status of You Zuo Thinking

游酢作为当时与杨时齐名的理学家,由于遗书不传、传承乏力以及所谓“后更学禅”等诸多原因,被裹上了厚重的墨尘。长期以来在理论上被视为无所见树、在学派上被视为程门罪人,从而形成了杨盛游弱的定论,游酢思想的研究也几乎不受学界所重。本文将其放置在当时哲学转型的历史背景下重新透视,发现他所开掘的入禅求道、以禅证儒思维路向,其理论创造足以使其鼎足谢杨而成为程朱之间哲学过渡的逻辑中介。

Although You Zuo is said to have the same status as Yang Shi as a'Li 'study scholars,but due to the reasons of his manuscripts not being handed down,the lack of succession and the supposed'Hou Geng Xue Zen'and other reasons,his philosophy was largely ignored.For a long time,it was viewed as his philosophies lacked insight and was considered a sinner to the Cheng Study heritage.And because of this,You Zou's philosophy was therefore judged poorly and research on his philosophy was discounted by the scholars.In actuality,without the confinements of different teachings,and considering the historical background of the changes in the nature of philosophical thinking at that time to understand You Zuo's thinking,it can be clearly seen that:He developed'Use Zen to Achieve Dao','″Use Zen to Validate Confucianism'type thinking,and by using this logic,one can argue that his philosophy is up near the level of Chen and Zhu.
