摘要
目前出现的"混合松香"问题,使得一些歧化松香生产厂家遇到了一些困难,生产出来的歧化松香产品达不到广大客户的质量指标要求或者提高了生产成本。针对"混合松香"对歧化反应的影响,作者进行了实验研究。用马尾松松香按一定比例分别混入不同树种的松香制备得混合松香,再进一步进行歧化反应实验,根据歧化反应各时间段的枞酸与去氢枞酸含量进行比较,分析混合松香对歧化反应的影响。结果表明:纯马尾松歧化反应的效果是可以肯定的,加勒比松使歧化反应的成本提高,湿地松和南亚松的歧化反应产品难以达到客户的质量指标。如果在生产歧化松香的马尾松中混入了这些树种的松香将会影响到歧化反应的效果和产品质量。因此作者建议歧化松香生产厂家要严格将不同树种的松香与马尾松松香进行区分开来。
Troubles of 'mixed rosin' appeared at present made the disproportionated rosin manufacture some difficulties that many disproportionated rosin products cannot reach quality index of many customers or may result in higher production cost.Authors carried out an experiment to investigate effects of the mixed rosin on disproportionation.Thus,Pinus massoniana rosin was mixed with different pine species rosin in a certain ratio to give the mixed rosin,and then the disproportionation experiment was done with it.Through a comparison of the content of abietic acid with dehydroabietic acid according to disproportionation at each time segment,effects of the mixed rosin on disproportionation are investigated.Results showed that the disproportionation of pure P.massoniana is smoothly regular,but P.caribaea enhances the production cost,P.elliottii and P.latteri rosins can hardly reach quality indexes of customers.If P.massoniana was interfused with other pine species,it would affect the disproportionation and the product quality.Therefore,it is suggested that the manufacture of disproportionated rosin must be done with P.massoniana rosin as individual as possible.
