摘要
为进一步利用锅炉的排烟热量,提出了一种新型低温省煤器。利用这种省煤器可将锅炉排烟温度从140~180 ℃降低到40~50 ℃,相应的热损失从8%~15%降低到4%~5%。新型低温省煤器的主要部件采用不锈钢制造以防止酸腐蚀;特制的机械清灰装置可随时除去受热面的积灰。计算表明,锅炉装配新型低温省煤器在经济上是合算的。
To make more use of heat energy in the flue gas, a new type of low temperature economizer (LTE) is put forward. The temperature of flue gas can be decreased from 140~180 ℃ to 40~50 ℃, the corresponding heat loss can be decreased from 8%~15% to 4%~5% by the use of LTE. Main parts of LTE are made from stainless steel to avoid acid erosion. The deposit on the heating surface of LTE can be cleaned away by a special mechanical ash-remover at any time. The calculation indicates that it will be economic to equip boiler with LTE.
