摘要
利用XPS、热天平等分析手段对活性焦表面性质及活性焦吸附烟气中SO2行为进行了研究。根据实验结果和前人的工作,探讨了活性焦脱除烟气中SO2的行为。结论如下:活性焦表面多环芳香平面层上的离域π电子系统在活性焦脱硫过程中起着主要的催化作用;H2O在活性焦脱硫过程中起着不可缺少的作用,其可以提供反应历程所需的质子,同时又赋予了SO2的还原性。
The surface characteristics and the desulfurization behavior of activated char are investigated by XPS, TGA and other analytical methods. According to the experimental results and the previous research, the desulfurization behavior of activated char is discussed. The following conclusions may be drawn. The delocalized π-electron in the graphene layers plays main role in the activated char catalyzing and oxidizing SO2 into sulfuric acid. The role of water vapor in the desulfurization process is great. H2O hydrates SO2 and SO2·xH2O, which is reductive, can be oxidized. At the same time, it can offer protons needed in the catalyzing and oxidizing SO2·xH2O.
