摘要
介绍阻燃尼龙制品表面着色的机理及其应用。以白色阻燃尼龙(尼龙1010,尼龙66,尼龙610)为原材料,通过注射成型加工制成塑料制品,根据塑料制品的不同颜色要求,在弱酸性(或中性)的染浴中,将塑料制品按一定的染色配方和工艺流程进行表面着色,获得所需颜色的塑料制品。塑料制品表面着色工艺的成功开发和应用既提高了生产效率,又大大降低了产品成本。
The mechanism of the surface colouration of the flame-retardant nylon product and its application are introduced.
With the white flame-retardant nylon (PA1010, PA66 and PA610) as the raw materials, the specific dyeing formulas and technics were used in a weak acidic (or neutral) dyeing solution to get the coloured product according to the requirements of the different colours of the products. The successful development and application of the surface colouration for the plastics products can increase the production efficiency and decrease the product cost greatly.
