介绍了一种用于聚合物纳米复合材料的新型层状硅酸盐材料——累托石粘土,从矿物的结构特点分析了它用于聚合物纳米复合材料的改性、插层、剥离的可行性及性能特点,还介绍了用累托石改性的尼龙6、聚丙烯、聚氨酯弹必体等纳米复合材料,其综合性能优于同类聚合物/蒙脱石纳米复合材料。
The rectorite clay, a new kind of layered silicate material, is introduced, which can be used in the polymer nanocomposites. From the mineral structural character, the feasibility and the performance characteristics of the rectorite are analyzed for its application in the modification, intercalation and exfoliation of the polymer nanocomposites. Such nanocornposites as nylon 6, PP, and PUR-T elastomer modified with the rectorite are also introduced, their combinadon property is superior to that of the same polymer/ montmorillonite nanocomposites.
