摘要
利用电液压脉冲制备的强极性活化水拌制混凝土,使混凝土力学性能得到很大改善。在大量试验研究的基础上,分析了产生强极性活化水的作用过程,从微观和宏观方面对强极性活化水强化混凝土的机理进行了探讨。实验表明:强极性活化水能明显改善混凝土的力学性能,与其它方法相比,其工艺简单,效果稳定,可重复性好,成本低廉。
Using strong polar activated water produced by Electro-hydraulic Impulse Technology to make concrete,its mechanical properties can be improved greatly.Base on abundent experiments,the process of generation strong polar activated water is analyzed and mechanism of the concrete mixing with strong polar activated water is discussed from macroscopic and microscopic view in this paper.The experiments show that the mechanical properties of concrete can be improved greatly by mixing with strong polar activated water.Compared other methods,this method has advantages of simple process,stable effect and good repeatability,low cost and wide application.
