摘要
通过采用水性聚氨酯树脂和醇基硅丙树脂与纳米SiO2共混,分别制备水性和醇溶性环保型纳米UV屏蔽透明涂料;以及使用硅烷偶联剂KH-570在酸性条件下的水解反应,原位聚合成醇溶性有机硅树脂,同时纳米SiO2在其中分散,制备了环保型纳米UV屏蔽透明涂料。还对SiO2不同添加量对涂料的UV屏蔽性、透明性以及其基本性能的影响进行了研究。
The transparent environment-friendly UV shield nano-coatings were prepared by mixing nano-SiO2 respectively with water-borne PU resin or alcohol-based silicon acrylic resin,or by hydrolyzing KH-570 under acid environment,that would in situ polymerize alcohol-based organosilicone resin with nano-SiO2 dispersed in it.The effect of nano-SiO2 content on the UV-VIS spectrum and other applied performance of the coatings were discussed.
