科特迪瓦(象牙海岸)在70年代末期曾以“非洲经济奇迹”著称,一度登上发展的“顶峰”;但到80年代初遇上严重经济危机,便直落“谷底”;1984年下半年以来,其经济迅速全面复苏,有人又谈论起它的“奇迹”来了。在西非这块贫瘠的土地上,在四分之一个世纪的这个历史瞬间里。
At the end of the 1970s, Lvory Coast has been widely known as "economicmiracle of Africa", her economy was once at its peak in this period. However,the country met severe economic difficulties at the beginnig of the 1980s, sincethen the economy fell sharply to the bottom in a relatively short time. Fromthe late half of 1984, the economy of the country found itself at a new startingpoint and it revived once again in an overall scope and at a high speed.Lvory Coast, located on the barren land of West Africa, showed the wholeworld a curved course of economic development of "miracle-crisis-revival"in aquarter of a century. In this curved course, there should be lessons as well asexperiences which are worthwhile for our studying, considering and referring to.
