高血压合并糖尿病46例的门诊护理分析

Nursing care of 46 patients with hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus

目的就高血压合并糖尿病患者实施门诊护理后的效果进行分析。方法以2016年5月份至2017年1月份期间本院收治的46例高血压合并糖尿病患者为此次研究对象,在这46例患者中随机抽取25例患者实施门诊护理,并将这25例患者归入观察组,余下21例患者实施常规护理,归入对照组,对两组患者的护理效果进行比较。结果观察组患者中出现了2例并发症,并发症发生率为8.0%,患者的护理满意度为96.0%,对照组患者中出现了6例并发症,并发症发生率为28.6%,患者的护理满意度为76.2%,两组患者的护理效果比较,差异较大,有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论高血压合并糖尿病患者实施门诊护理能有效地降低并发症的发生,提高患者的满意度以及患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of outpatient nursing in patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus. From 2016 May to 2017 January. Methods during the hospital treated 46 cases of patients with hypertension and diabetes as the research object,in which 46 patients randomly selected 25 cases of patients with outpatient care,and the 25 patients in the observation group,the remaining 21 patients were given routine nursing care,as control group,to compare the nursing effect of two groups. Results in the observation group,there were 2 cases of complications,the complication rate was 8%,nursing satisfaction of patients was 96%,there were 6 cases of the control group of patients with complications,the complication rate was 28. 6%,nursing satisfaction of patients was 76. 2%,compared two groups of patients with nursing effect difference was statistically significant( P< 0. 05). Conclusion the implementation of outpatient nursing in patients with hypertension and diabetes can effectively reduce the incidence of complicationsimprove patient satisfaction and quality of life of patients.
