摘要
目的探讨手术全期优质护理对初次手术患者手术满意度的影响。方法将本医院手术室2016年1月至3月收治的120例初次手术治疗的患者随机分为两组,对照组60例给予常规护理,观察组60例给予全期优质护理,比较两组的手术应激情况及护理满意度。结果观察组术后3d的皮质醇、肾上腺素、HAMA评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在术前访视、术前宣教、术前准备、手术配合等方面的满意度均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室全期优质护理能够满足初次手术患者的身心需求,降低患者的应激反应,提高手术室护理满意度。
Objective Objective to investigate the effect ofperi-operative high quality nursing on the satisfaction of initial surgery patients. Methods 120 cases of initial surgery patients from January to March 2016 in operation room of our hospital were randomly divided in were into two groups,60 cases in the control group were given routine nursing,60 cases in the observation group were received peri-operative high quality nursing,and the two groups surgical were compared of operation stress and nursing satisfaction. Results the level of cortisol,epinephrine and HAMA score after 3d of the operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P< 0. 05). Nursing satisfaction of preoperative visit,preoperative education,preoperative preparation,operation and other aspects in the observation group was higher than that in the management,the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). Conclusion peri-operative high quality nursing can meet the needs of physical and psychological of initial surgery patients,reduce the stress reaction of patients,and improve the satisfaction degree of nursing in operation room.
