摘要
目的探究优质护理服务在基层医院病房管理中的应用价值。方法从我院2015年8月—2016年8月期间接收的住院患者中随机选取122例,经抽签分成对照组与研究组;对照组采取常规病房管理与护理,研究组采取基于优质护理服务的病房管理与护理,对比两组患者和护理人员的满意度以及护理人员的基础护理质量评分。结果研究组患者的满意度为98.36%,对照组患者的满意度为86.89%,两相对比,差异突出,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理人员的满意度为96.72%,对照组护理人员的满意度为86.89%,两相对比,差异突出,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的各项护理指标的合格率均显著高于对照组,两相对比,差异突出,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将优质护理服务应用于基层医院病房管理中,可显著提升患者和护理人员的满意度,提高护理人员的护理质量,值得进行大力临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the value of using quality nursing in basic-level hospital ward. Methods Choosed 122 inhospital patients from Agu. 2015 to Agu. 2016 to divide into study group and controlled group. The controlled group were treated with routine nursing,the study group were treated with quality nursing. Compared the satisfaction rate and quality scores of these two groups.Results The satisfaction rate of study group was 98. 36%,higher than 86. 89% of controlled group( P<0. 05). And the nursing index of study group were all better than controlled group( P< 0. 05). Conclusion Using quality nursing in basic-level hospital ward can improve patients and nursing satisfaction rate to extend in clinic.
