摘要
目的研究社区护理干预高血压患者生活方式的影响。方法选择高血压患者124例为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上实施社区护理干预,比较两组患者的生活方式。结果实验组在吸烟、饮酒、限盐、运动等方面,与干预前及对照组相比,有明显变化(P<0.05);且实验组的血压明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在社区护理干预应用于高血压患者中,能够改善患者的生活方式,更好的控制血压。
Objective To discuss the effect of nursing intervene for hypertension patients' lifestyle. Methods Choosed 124 hypertension patients to divide into study group and controlled group. The controlled group were treated with routine nursing,the study group were treated with nursing intervene. Compared the lifestyle of these two groups. Results The experimental group in smoking,drinking alcohol,limit salt,sports,etc.,compared with before intervention and control group,there are obvious changes( P<0. 05).Conclusion Treating hypertension patients with nursing intervene can improve their lifestyle to control blood pressure.
