自体筋膜在去骨瓣减压术中修补硬脑膜的应用研究

摘要 目的探讨自体筋膜在修补大骨瓣减压术中缺损硬脑膜的效果。方法分析我院2008年1月至2016年8月收治的240例重型颅脑损伤病人行大骨瓣减压术的临床资料,其中采取自体筋膜修补的患者有120例作为观察组,另外120例患者为未修补硬脑膜的患者作为对照组。观察并对比两组病人术后癫痫、皮下积液、脑膨出及颅内感染等并发症的发生情况并对比两组住院费用。结果观察组术后颅内感染、癫痫、皮下积液、脑膨出等并发症发生率及住院费用明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of the autologous fascia applicated in the big bone flap decompression of craniocerebral injury. Methods The clinical data of 240 patients with craniocerebral injury who received the big bone flap decompression dura repaired were given retrospectively analysis from January 2008 to August 2016,120 patients were adopted the autologous fascia repair as observation group,120 patients weren't adopted the dural repair as control group. The postoperative complications such as epilepsy,subcutaneous effusion, encephalocele, intracranial infectionand hospitalization expenses were observed and compared.Rsults The rate of complicationsin and the hospitalization expenses in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05).
