摘要
目的探究甲氨喋呤与阿维A治疗头部牛皮癣临床疗效。方法选取2015年2月13日至2016年10月13日在我院接受治疗的牛皮癣患者68例,知情同意后随机分为研究组和参照组,每组34例,参照组给予阿维A治疗,研究组给予甲氨蝶呤治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者病情明显缓解者所占比重为79.4%,参照组患者病情明显缓解者所占比重为73.5%。研究组患者病情总缓解率为97.1%,参照组患者病情总缓解率为91.2%。研究组患者在治疗2周后、4周后、8周后、12周后PASI降低程度明显高于研究组。研究组患者不良反应发生率明显低于参照组,两组对比P<0.05。结论甲氨蝶呤和阿维A均可用于头部牛皮鲜的治疗,两者治疗有效率差异较小,但甲氨蝶呤不良反应发生率较小,总体效果要优于阿维A,值得在临床推广使用。
Objective Study of methotrexate and avermectin A on head psoriasis clinical curative effect. Methods We selected68 patients with psoriasis from February 13,2015 to October 13,2016 in our hospital treated patients after informed consent were randomly divided into study group and control group,34 cases in each group,the control group was given acitretin A treatment,the study group was given methotrexate treatment,compared two groups of patients. Results Patients in the study group significantly reduced the proportion of patients was 79. 4,the reference group of patients with a significant reduction in the proportion of patients was significantly less than 73. 5%. The study group of patients the total remission rate was 97. 1%,the reference group of patients the total remission rate was 91. 2%,PASI decreased by 12 and 8 weeks patients in the treatment group after 2 weeks,4 weeks later,after the study group was obviously higher than that of patients in the study group,occurrence rate of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the reference group,two group comparison P < 0. 05. Conclusion Methotrexate and avermectin A can be used in treatment of fresh cow head,the effective rate between the two treatment difference is small,but the incidence of adverse reaction of methotrexate is small,the overall effect is better than that of AVI A,it is worth in clinical use.
