可根治非小细胞肺癌采用精确放疗的临床分析

Clinical analysis of radical radiotherapy for non small cell lung cancer

目的本次主要对精确化疗对可根治非小细胞肺癌患者的临床效果进行观察分析。方法选取我院2014年3月-2016年3月收治并已确诊的可根治非小细胞肺癌患者60例,根据治疗方式的不同进行平均分组,其中单纯给予化疗治疗为对照组,精确化疗治疗为研究组。对两组患者治疗的效果进行对比分析。结果 (1)对照组疾病控制率为56.7%,研究组为76.7%,P<0.05,有统计学意义;(2)研究组生活质量显著优于对照组,有可比性P<0.05。结论精确化疗对可根治非小细胞肺癌患者的临床效果显著,使其缓解率得到提高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of precise chemotherapy on patients with non small cell lung cancer. Methods in our hospital from March 2014-2016 year in March and has confirmed 60 cases of curable non small cell lung cancer patients,according to the different treatments of the average packet,which only received chemotherapy treatment for the control group,the accurate chemotherapy in the treatment for the study group. The effect of two groups of patients were compared. Results the control rate of the control group was 56. 7%,the study group was 76. 7%,P<0. 05,was statistically significant; the quality of life of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,there were comparable P<0. 05. Conclusion the clinical effect of precise chemotherapy on patients with non small cell lung cancer can be significantly improved.
