摘要
目的探讨住院2型糖尿病患者视网膜病变与凝血功能之间的关系。方法将住院2型糖尿病患者509例依据眼底镜和眼底荧光血管造影的检查结果分为无视网膜病变(NDR)组及视网膜病变(DR)组,检测所有受试者临床生化及凝血功能相关指标。结果 (1)DR组患者病程、空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖均明显高于NDR组。(2)DR组患者的APTT明显缩短,FIB明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)多因素logistic分析:病程、FIB及APTT与DR发生有关。结论 2型糖尿病患者体内存在凝血功能异常,可能与视网膜病变的发生与发展密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between retinal function and blood coagulation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 509 cases of hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes by ophthalmoscopy and fundus fluorescein angiography examination were divided into retinopathy( NDR group) and diabetic retinopathy( DR) group,detection of clinical biochemical and coagulation indexes of all subjects. Results( 1) the course of disease,fasting blood glucose and postprandial h blood glucose were significantly higher in group DR than those in group NDR( group).( 2) the APTT of the patients in group DR was significantly shortened,the FIB was significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05).( 3) multivariate logistic analysis: the course of disease,FIB and APTT were related to DR. Conclusion the abnormal coagulation function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus may be closely related to the occurrence and development of retinopathy.
