性激素检验在不孕症临床诊断中的应用价值研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨性激素检验在不孕症临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选取商丘市第一人民医院核医学科2015年11月-2016年11月期间检测的不孕症患者50例血清样本结果作为观察组,选取同期在本科进行检测的50例健康女性血清样本结果为对照组,对所有受检者雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、睾酮(T)、黄体生成激素(LH)、卵泡生成激素(FSH)和催乳激素(PRL)进行检测。比较两组性激素水平。结果两组E2和P水平,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组T、LH、FSH和PRL水平明显低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论性激素检验在不孕症临床诊断中具有重要的诊断价值,能有效提高不孕症诊断率,为临床治疗提供重要的参考价值。 Objective to study the sex hormone test in the diagnosis of infertility in clinical application value. Methods selection of shangqiu first people's hospital of nuclear medicine in November 2015-November 2016 during the detection of 50 patients with infertility as observation group,the serum samples results testing selection during,the same period in the undergraduate course of 50 cases of healthy women serum samples results in the control group,to all client estradiol( E2) and progesterone( P),testosterone( T),luteinizing hormone( LH) is generated,follicular hormone( FSH) and prolactin( PRL) for testing. Compare two groups of sex hormone levels. Results two groups of E2 and P level,there was no statistically significant difference( P> 0. 05); Control group T,LH,FSH and PRL level significantly lower than the observation group,the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). Conclusion sex hormone test has important diagnostic value in clinical diagnosis of infertility,can effectively improve infertility diagnosis and provide important reference value for clinical treatment.
