手足口病患儿综合性护理效果研究进展

手足口病是一种在临床上很普遍的急性传染病,该病的主要临床症状为手足疱疹,口腔溃疡,身体发热等,给患儿带来疼痛感,降低其生活质量。本文从消毒隔离、口腔护理、皮肤护理、发热护理、并发症的观察与护理等方面对手足口病患儿的护理进展进行综述,以使护理人员对手足口病患儿的病情能够做到早发现,早诊断,早治疗,早护理,在将治愈率提高的同时,使患儿的生活质量得以有效提高。

foot and mouth disease is an acute infectious disease is very common in clinic,the main clinical symptoms of the disease were hand foot herpes,oral ulcer,body heat,bring to the children of pain,reduce the quality of life. This article reviews the progress on nursing care of children with HFMD disinfection and isolation,oral care,skin care,fever nursing,observation and nursing of complications and so on,in order to make the nursing staff of HFMD patients can do early detection,early diagnosis,early treatment,early nursing,in the cure rate will increase at the same time so,the quality of life of the patients can be effectively improved.
