慢性浅表性胃炎肝胃不和证患者采用中医柴胡疏肝散治疗的临床效果

Patients with chronic superficial gastritis hepatolitis patients with the clinical effect of the treatment of chaihu in Chinese medicine

目的研究将中医柴胡疏肝散治疗应用在慢性浅表性胃炎肝胃不和证中的临床疗效。方法依据治疗方式的不同将我院自2012年4月至2016年4月期间收治的96例慢性浅表性胃炎肝胃不和证患者随机分为参照组(n=48)以及实验组(n=48),参照组患者实行西医常规治疗,实验组患者在参照组基础上予以护理中予以中医柴胡疏肝散治疗,观察对比两组患者治疗之后组间数据差异情况。结果实验组患者治疗后中医证候评分(8.65±1.11)分、治疗总有效率95.83%等指标均显著优于参照组患者治疗后中医证候评分(15.24±2.01)分、治疗总有效率79.16%,两组数据之间进行组间对比差异显著且P值均<0.05,统计学意义存在。结论在慢性浅表性胃炎肝胃不和证患者临床治疗中实行中医柴胡疏肝散疗法具备确切疗效,值得广泛借鉴与应用。

Objective to study the traditional Chinese medicine radix bupleuri liver powder treatment applied in liver stomach with certificate of chronic superficial gastritis clinical efficacy. Methods according to the different methods of treatment will be our hospital from April 2012 to April 2012,96 cases of chronic superficial gastritis treated during liver stomach with syndrome patients were randomly divided into control group( n = 48),and the experimental group( n = 48),control group patients in western medicine routine treatment,the experimental group patients in the control group shall be based on the nursing of traditional Chinese medicine radix bupleuri liver treatment,observe the contrast between the two groups after treatment in patients with data gap. Results the experimental group patients after treatment of TCM syndrome score( 8. 65-1. 11),treatment,the total effective rate was 95. 83% and other indicators are significantly better than the control group after treatment in patients with TCM syndrome score( 15. 24-2. 01),the total effective rate 79. 16%,two groups of data to compare the significant difference between groups and between P values < 0. 05,there is statistically significant. Conclusion in patients with chronic superficial gastritis liver stomach with the practice of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical treatment of radix bupleuri liver therapy has exact curative effect,is worth reference and applied widely.
