护理干预在功能性便秘患者生物反馈训练治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of nursing intervention on biofeedback training in patients with functional constipation

目的探究护理干预在功能性便秘患者生物反馈训练治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2015年6月至2016年9月本院收治的100例功能性便秘的患者的临床资料与治疗前、治疗后以及后期随访期间的调查问卷资料,按随机数表法将患者分为两组,干预组50例患者采用生物反馈治疗联合护理干预治疗功能性便秘,对照组50例患者仅采用生物反馈训练治疗功能性便秘。研究评价治疗效果。结果两组患者在症状积分的各项指标:排便困难、排便不尽、排便间隔天数、粪便性状、腹胀情况等方面治疗前后的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组患者的症状积分明显低于对照组,治疗效果明显优于对照组。干预组患者接受护理干预后SAS、SDS以及简明健康调查得分均优于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明干预组患者治疗后心理健康状况与生活质量方面相比对照组有了极大的改善。结论接受生物反馈训练治疗的慢性功能性便秘患者在接受护理干预后可以有效改善患者的临床症状、心理状况与生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on biofeedback training in patients with chronic functional constipation. Methods 100 patients with functional constipation were selected from June 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital patients before and after treatment and follow-up period of questionnaire,randomly divided the patients into two groups,50 cases in the intervention group were treated with biofeedback therapy combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of functional constipation,50 in the control group patients only received biofeedback training in the treatment of functional constipation. Study and evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results Two groups of patients in the various indicators of symptom scores had statistically significant difference between the difficult defecation,defecation endless,defecation interval,stool,abdominal distension etc. before and after treatment(P<0.05). intervention group patients with symptoms was significantly lower than the control group,the treatment effect is significantly better than the control group. The intervention group received nursing intervention after SAS,SDS and concise health survey scores were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),showed that the intervention of mental health and quality of life of patients after treatment compared with the control group had improved. Conclusion Patients with chronic functional constipation treated with biofeedback training can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,psychological status and quality of life.
