摘要
目的探讨米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法从我院收治的子宫内膜异位症患者中抽选78例作为研究对象。随机分组:对照组39例,采用孕三烯酮治疗;观察组39例,采用米非司酮治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显更高,不良反应发生率明显更低,结果对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效良好,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods 78 cases of endometriosis in our hospital were selected as research subjects. Randomized group: 39 cases of control group,the use of progesterone treatment,observation Group 39 cases,the use of mifepristone treatment. The treatment effect of two groups of patients was compared.Results compared with the control group,the total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower,and the results were significantly different( p. 05). Conclusion Mifepristone is effective in the treatment of endometriosis,and it is worth popularizing and using.
