消毒供应室管腔器械清洗的质量管理研究

The quality of disinfection supply room lumen equipment cleaning management research

目的分析消毒供应室管腔器械清洗的质量管理;方法选择我院2016年5月至8月的11297件管腔器械,将其作为对照组,选择常规清洗质量管理;并选择我院2016年9月至12月的13457件管腔器械,将其作为实验组,选择科学规范清洗质量管理;对细菌检查结果和清洗洁净合格率进行观察分析;结果在检测带菌率方面,实验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);在清洗洁净合格率方面,实验组则显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加强消毒供应室管腔器械科学和规范的清洗质量管理,能让管腔器械的腔内带菌率显著降低,让清洗质量显著提高,满足安全质量标准,具有临床应用和推广价值。

Objective to analyze the quality of disinfection supply room lumen equipment cleaning management; Methods from May 2016 to August 11297 lumen instrument,as a control group,choose regular cleaning quality management; And select the hospital between September 2016 and December 13457 lumen devices,as a group,choose clean scientific and standardized quality management; To look at the bacteria inspection results and cleaning clean qualified rate analysis; Results in terms of detection rate of pathogen,the experimental group was significantly lower than control group( P<0. 05); In terms of cleaning clean percent of pass,the experimental group were significantly higher than that of control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion to strengthen the disinfection supply room lumen equipment cleaning quality management science and specification,can let the lumen instrument of cavity pathogen rate decreased significantly,lead to significantly higher cleaning quality,meet the safety and quality standards,clinical application and popularization value.
