鼻骨骨折诊断中普通X线与CT的应用效果观察

Observation of the effect of common X ray and CT in the diagnosis of nasal bone fracture

目的分析鼻骨骨折诊断中普通X线与CT的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至12月收治的72例鼻骨骨折患者作为研究对象,所有患者均给予CT三维重建检查与普通X线检查,比较两种检查诊断方式的鼻骨骨折检出率。结果与普通X线比较,CT三维重建检查方式的检出率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CT应用于鼻骨骨折诊断中的效果优于普通X线,值得在临床检查诊断工作中推广运用。

Objective to analyze the effect of common X ray and CT in the diagnosis of nasal bone fracture. Methods 72 cases of nasal bone in our hospital from January 2016-12 month fracture patients in our hospital as the research object,all patients were given CT scan and three-dimensional reconstruction and conventional X-ray examination,comparison of two diagnostic methods of nasal bone fracture detection rate. Results compared with normal X ray,the detection rate of CT 3D reconstruction was higher,the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). Conclusion the effect of CT in the diagnosis of nasal bone fracture is better than that of ordinary X-ray. It is worth popularizing in clinical diagnosis and diagnosis.
