创伤性骨折患者术后康复中疼痛干预护理的应用效果分析

Effect of pain intervention nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of traumatic fracture patients

目的分析创伤性骨折患者术后康复中疼痛干预护理的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至12月收治的82例创伤性骨折患者作为研究对象,根据不同护理方式将其分为研究组(41例)与对照组(41例)。对照组行常规护理,研究组行疼痛干预护理;比较两组护理之后的疼痛改善状况。结果与对照组比较,研究组41例创伤性骨折患者护理之后的疼痛改善状况更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论创伤性骨折患者术后康复中疼痛干预护理的应用效果显著,可进一步减轻患者的疼痛感,值得在临床护理服务工作中推广运用。

Objective to analyze the effect of pain intervention nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of traumatic fracture patients. Methods 82 cases of traumatic fracture patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to-12 were selected as the research objects. According to different nursing methods,they were divided into the study group( 41 cases) and the control group( 41cases). The control group received routine nursing care,and the study group underwent pain intervention nursing. The pain relief after two groups of nursing care was compared. Results compared with the control group,41 cases of traumatic fracture patients in the study group had better pain relief after nursing,the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). Conclusion the application of pain intervention nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of traumatic fracture patients is significant,which can further relieve the pain of patients,and is worth popularizing in clinical nursing service.
