摘要
目的观察短时多次蓝光照射新生儿黄疸患者对血清胆红素浓度的影响及安全性。方法选择2016年2月至2017年2月商丘市第一人民医院收治的新生儿黄疸患者50例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各25例。对照组进行长时间蓝光照射治疗,试验组进行短时多次蓝光照射治疗。观察两组治疗效果及安全性。结果对照组治疗后血清总胆红素、不良反应发生率均高于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿黄疸患者中应用短时多次蓝光照射进行治疗效果显著,可有效降低血清胆红素浓度,且安全性高。
Objective To observe the effect of short-term multiple blue light irradiation on neonatal jaundice in patients with serum bilirubin concentration and safety. Methods Fifty patients with neonatal jaundice admitted in Shangqiu First People 's Hospital from February 20 to February 2017 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was treated with long-term blue light irradiation,and the test group was treated with short-term blue light irradiation. To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of the two groups. Results The incidence of total bilirubin and adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion In the neonatal jaundice,the treatment effect is short of multiple blue light irradiation,which can effectively reduce the serum bilirubin concentration and high safety.
